C.
Kay's recent history includes department personnel behavior modifications,
cost reduction, JCAHO site preparation, and facilitating new
hires for the management and staffing positions at two hospital
groups. One at a Northeast university complex and another in
California involved with the planning for a new heart program
and cancer center.
These projects may have lasted anywhere
from a few months to a year and in each case there was a major

projects of these types. The proven cost saving discoveries have
led to identifying from over $100,000 dollars in one instance
and even over $1m in another.
